Carl Engelmann started Western Window Service in October of 1958 with his toolbox and a station wagon. His focus was to help people by fixing their window problems, instead of experiencing the costly expense of window replacement. His customer base developed from referrals and repeat business. Carl built his company on personal service, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. |
 Western Window Service, Today.Carl’s sons, Art and Bill Engelmann have carried on the family business. They are hands-on-guys that just don’t own Western Window Service, they personally operate it, and deliver the same trustworthy service based on the same traditional values of their father. Solving window and sliding door problems is their business – and their only business.
Since 1958 window manufacturers have come and gone. Technologies have changed and many manufacturers have developed their own design for parts. Not much standardization when it comes to window and door parts. Western Window is a distributor for more than 150 manufacturers’ parts for windows, sliding doors, storms and screens. Western Window has built up more than 4,200 different parts in stock, many hard-to-find and one-of-a-kind parts.
